The chaos caused by Newcastle City Council recent changes to our high streets and transport routes has caused so much anger and frustration that we have commenced a petition to Labour leader of the Council Nick Forbes.

The fiasco of over 70,000 fines incorrectly issued to city centre drivers seems to be finally coming to an end.

Many of our Newcastle Conservative party members have raised concerns about several issues surrounding the takeover of Newcastle United Football Club.

At the reception hosted by the Prime Minister on 31st January in Sunderland, Newcastle Conservative member Martin Bell was the lucky winner of a free prize draw, and has now received the said prize.

On the day we left the EU the Prime Minister and the entire cabinet met in Sunderland.  Later that day several dozen members of Newcastle Conservatives were delighted to accept an invitation to a reception hosted by Boris Johnson and the party national chairman James Cleverly.


Of course we are saddened that the national success of the General Election campaign didn’t return Conservative Members of Parliament across Newcastle, but we say a huge well done to Mark, Emily and Robin for working so hard to change the political future of our city.
